Unit History
This steam turbine was originally installed in New Jersey and had a total time of only 2000 hours when we
removed the unit and shipped it to the west coast. The unit was completely inspected by the OEM, certified
ready for installation and prepared for long term storage. Since then, it has been stored inside under heat
and dehumidification in Portland, OR. A recent project cancellation has put the IBC-WWP turbine back on
the market.
In 2008, the unit was inspected by a major turbo machinery manufacturer and the results of the evaluation
concluded the Steam Turbine Generator can be returned to “as new” specifications and is capable of
performing at original name plate output on a long term basis.
